Downloads
After payment is received, files are available from the order email and from My account. If a link expires, email the order number.
If a file is missing or will not open
Write within 14 days of purchase. We replace the file or refund that item.
Wrong key or format
If you bought the wrong key or format of the same title, and you have not used the files, email the order number. We can usually replace the download.
Change of mind
We do not refund a completed digital order solely because you no longer want the files after downloading them. If you have not been able to download, write to us and we will look at the order.
Commissioned engraving
A quote is not an order. If work has not started, you may withdraw and nothing is billed. If work has started, the quote governs what is due for the work already done.
