Downloads
You receive the files listed on that title: typically PDF, and MusicXML, MIDI, or audio when those formats are named on the product page.
After payment is received, open the order email or My account. Guest checkout is allowed; an account makes later retrieval easier.
If a download link expires, write to opensheetmusicllc@gmail.com with the order number.
Printing and use
These are digital files. There is no paper shipment.
You may print a purchased PDF for your own study, rehearsal, and teaching, unless the product page states a narrower license.
Delivery
Files are unlocked when payment clears. Card and PayPal payments that clear should unlock at once. Bank delays follow the processor.
If no email arrives, check spam, then open My account, or write with the order number.
Refunds
Digital files cannot be sent back. If a file is missing or will not open, write within 14 days of purchase. We replace the file or refund that item.
If you bought the wrong key or format of the same title and have not used the files, we can usually replace the download.
Commissioned engraving follows the quote: nothing is billed before work starts; after that, the quote governs what is due.
Studio work
Commissioned engraving is quoted per project. Music technology tools are not for sale yet. Score Restoration support is recorded on that project page; it is not a catalog checkout.
There are no gift cards at launch.
