Open Sheet Music, Inc. operates xmusicstudio.com. Contact: opensheetmusicllc@gmail.com. There is no public telephone number.
What we collect
Account details you enter: name and email, and a password if you create an account.
Order details: titles purchased, amounts, and the billing information needed to complete payment.
Messages you send through the contact form or by email, including any file you attach. Form messages are kept on this site so we can reply. A copy is also emailed to the studio when that send succeeds.
Technical logs that the host and shop software keep in order to run the site, for example IP address and browser type.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed by the companies named at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on this site. Those companies handle payment data under their own terms.
What we use it for
To complete orders and deliver digital files; to reply to commissions, licensing, catalog questions, and Score Restoration messages; to maintain your account and download access; to keep the shop secure; and to meet tax or accounting duties.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing mail unless you ask to be notified when titles or tools are available, and you can stop those notes at any time.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for downloads, accounting, and the law. You may ask what we hold, or ask us to correct it, by email.
Cookies
The shop uses cookies so that a cart, a login, and checkout can work. Blocking all cookies may prevent a purchase.

If this policy changes, we will update this page. The date at the top is the current version.
