After payment
When payment clears, the selected file is available from the order confirmation, from the order email, and from My account if you checked out with an account. Card and PayPal payments that clear should unlock downloads at once. Bank delays follow the processor.
If you did not receive the files
Check spam. Confirm the email used at checkout. Then open My account, or write to opensheetmusicllc@gmail.com with the order number.
Download links
Links may expire or be limited in how often they can be used. Save a copy on your own device. If a link has stopped working, email the order number and we will reissue access.
Formats
The product page lists the formats for that title. Check compatibility before you buy. A format that is not listed is not part of that order.
Commissioned work
Engraving jobs are delivered as files, by the method and on the date agreed in writing. They are not sent through the shop download.
