Catalog orders
Until you pay, you can leave checkout. After payment, the order is a completed digital sale. If the download has not been used, write at once to opensheetmusicllc@gmail.com with the order number; we will look at it. If the files have been downloaded, see Refund. There is no physical return.
Where the law gives a cooling-off period for distance sales, that right may not apply once you have asked for immediate delivery of a digital file and the download is available. Completing checkout is that request.
Membership and the affiliate program
Neither is open, so there is nothing to cancel. When either opens, how to leave it will be stated on that page. Leaving will not change a completed catalog order or a commissioned engraving quote.
Commissioned engraving
Before work starts, you may cancel by email. Nothing is billed. After work starts, cancel by email; the quote governs what is due for work already done. Files not yet delivered are not owed if that portion was not paid.
